One search box that finds anything across your workspaces, network, marketplace, and docs instantly.
What it searches
Smart Search indexes every piece of content you have access to: task cards (title, description, comments), workspace names and members, network profiles, marketplace resources, and documentation pages. Results are ranked by recency, relevance score, and your activity patterns.
Natural language queries
You do not need exact keyword matches. Smart Search understands intent. Searching "tasks assigned to me that are late" returns your overdue tasks. Searching "people who study machine learning at my uni" returns matching network profiles. The engine uses a lightweight semantic search model that runs entirely within the Espeezy infrastructure.
Filters and scope
After searching, you can narrow results by type (Tasks, People, Resources, Docs), by workspace, by date range, and by assignee. You can save frequently used searches as shortcuts in your sidebar for one-click access.
Keyboard first
Press Cmd + K (Mac) or Ctrl + K (Windows/Linux) from anywhere in Espeezy to open the search overlay. You can navigate results entirely with arrow keys and Enter. Pressing Escape dismisses it. No mouse needed.
